Move in/move out

We understand that moving can be hectic and challenging. For this reason, we offer the Move-In/Move-Out cleaning option to take this one big chore off your long personal list of things to do.

 A Trusting Hand team will take care of all these tasks:

All Rooms

  • Dust window sills and ledges
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean light switches
  • Pick up and throw away items, if discovered (in moderation)
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Empty wastebaskets (if necessary)
  • Dust ceiling fans
  • Dust blinds
  • Dust baseboards
  • Dust air vents from outside
  • Clean chandeliers (cobwebs)
  • Clean window frames
  • Clean closets, cabinets, and drawers - interior and exterior (as necessary)

Bathrooms

  • Clean and sanitize toilets, tubs, and showers
  • Clean and sanitize sinks and counters
  • Clean mirrors
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets (exterior and interior)
  • Clean shower door

Kitchen

  • Clean and sanitize sinks and handles
  • Empty trash if needed
  • Wipe down and sanitize countertops
  • Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets (exterior and interior)
  • Clean drawers (exterior and interior)
  • Clean oven and stove (in/out)
  • Clean refrigerator (in/out)
  • Clean behind refrigerator
  • Sweep and mop floors

Additional Items

  • Laundry Room:
    • Clean behind washer and dryer
    • Wipe surfaces, including washer and dryer
    • Vacuum and mop floor
    • Wipe down cabinets if there are any.
  • Vacuum garage and wipe down cabinets, if applies

Note

  • The house must be completely empty (no furniture).
  • No renovations, construction such as painting, or any other work being done at the home during cleaning.
  • Please make sure water and electricity are still connected. Both utility services are required to complete our job.
  • No cleaning blood or feces (animal or human).
  • No climbing higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension.
