Terms and Coniditions

Schedule & Service Details

  • We schedule cleaning appointments on Mondays through Fridays from 8 am to 5 pm. We work with the client on what days and times work better for them and we try to always give them the same day and time. Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm. A Cleaning Technician goes in a solo team to clean the house for a regular cleaning. A team of more than 1 technician will be sent with a deep cleaning, move in/ out cleaning.

Pricing: Fair & Transparent

  • Pricing varies. We do free estimates. 

Timeliness and Flexibility

  • Approximate Arrival: Traffic and other factors can affect our arrival. We aim to be punctual but appreciate your flexibility for any slight delays.

  • Late Arrival Notification: If we’re more than 30 minutes late, we’ll let you know.

Payment Policy: Hassle-Free

  • Payment Due: the day of service, we accept checks and credit cards. 

  • Credit Card Policy: If no payment is made at the time of service, we will charge the card on file. There is a 3% fee for cards. 

Materials

  • Client provides cleaning products, trash bags, sponges and paper towels. 

  • Cleaning Technician provides vacuum, duster, towels.

Green Cleaning: Your Choice, Our Commitment

  • Eco-Friendly Options: If you prefer green cleaning solutions, just let us know but client provides them. 

We send a list of recommended products we know work, but it is the client’s choice.

Handling Clutter: Let’s Keep It Simple

  • Pre-Cleaning Prep: Please clear any clutter from areas you want us to clean.

  • Clutter Policy: If a room is too cluttered, we might not be able to clean it (unless specific services like Home Organization are requested). We do our best to go around clutter to clean. 


Cancellation Policy: Flexible & Fair

Notice Period: We prefer you give us 2- days if possible, but at least a 48 business hours’ notice and we will promptly reschedule or skip your service. If it is less than 24 hours’ notice a $40 cancellation fee will apply. If the cleaning technician arrives at your house and you decide to cancel the cleaning right there without 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your total from that day.

NOTE: All cancellations will also cause the rate for your next cleaning to increase to the next level [for example – if you are serviced weekly and you skip a service, you will pay the bi-weekly rate for your next cleaning, if you are serviced bi-weekly and you skip a service you will pay the monthly rate for your next cleaning.) 


  • Late Fees: Keeping Things on Track

  • We do not have late payment fees. We will charge your credit card if there is a missed payment. 


Access & Security: Your Trust is Our Priority

  • We can use a code for the door and alarm system. We do not accept keys anymore, we prefer a lock box with your key in garage or placed for us in a secure location. 


  • Inclement Weather: Safety First

  • Weather Considerations: We prioritize the safety of our staff. In extreme weather, we’ll reschedule your cleaning (if necessary). We will follow the safety guidelines from the weather news and schools and contact you as soon as we know how to proceed. 


Service Quality Guarantee: Your Satisfaction Matters

  • Quality Assurance:  Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, we will return within 24 hours to 48 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas. We do not give refunds or offer credits, but we will make it right. 


Health & Safety: A Top Priority

  • Safe Environment: We ensure a safe working environment and may document the condition of the area for quality and safety reasons.
