Whether you prefer weekly, biweekly, or every four weeks, we’ll customize a cleaning plan based on your needs and the level of maintenance your home requires.

Regular cleaning is ideal for homeowners who want to keep their home consistently clean without the stress of keeping up with household chores. Our experienced team provides reliable, detail-oriented service to help maintain the cleanliness established after an initial or deep cleaning.

All Rooms

  • Dust window sills and ledges
  • Dust rooms with a duster and towel
  • Remove cobwebs with our regular 3-foot duster
  • Dust light switches
  • Dust or wipe down TV screens
  • Pick up and straighten (moderately)
  • Dust indoor wood and louver doors
  • Make beds
  • Change linens (if left on the bed)
  • Clean under bed
  • Vacuum carpeting
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Dust ceiling fans if reachable with a 3-foot ladder
  • Dust blinds
  • Dust baseboards
  • Dust all air vents
  • Dust lamps
  • Dust chandeliers (cobwebs)
  • Empty wastebaskets
  • Brush sofas and organize decorative pillows and throws

Bathrooms

  • Wash inside toilets and wipe down outside and around
  • Wash sinks and wipe down faucets
  • Clean mirrors
  • Wash and scrub tubs and showers
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Change towels (if left out for us)
  • Wipe exterior of cabinets
  • Dust light fixture
  • Wipe down countertop
  • Wipe down baseboards
  • Wash the shower door from inside and wipe down the outside
  • Empty the trash and change trash linen

Kitchen

  • Wash sinks and wipe down faucet
  • Wash the range top
  • Empty trash and wipe down exterior of the trash can. If trash can is inside a cabinet, wipe down inside that cabinet.
  • Wipe down appliance exteriors
  • Wipe down countertops
  • Wipe down microwave inside and out
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Load dishwasher (if empty)
  • Wipe exterior of cabinets
  • Wipe down kitchen table and chairs
  • Apply stainless steel shine to stainless steel appliances and trash can.
  • Wipe down the inside and side of the kitchen hood

Laundry Room

  • Wipe clean surfaces, including washer and dryer
  • Vacuum and mop floor

Note

  • Please pick up clothes, toys, etc., before the cleaning service. If clutter is present, we will do our best to clean and avoid it.
  • Your vacuum is preferred to avoid cross-contamination, yet we will always have a vacuum on hand.
  • No cleaning blood or feces (animal or human).
  • No climbing higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension.
  • We do our best to reach behind and under furniture.
  • We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning; excessive build-up may require multiple visits.
