Deep Cleaning

We highly recommend this service when you first use our services. When we clean your home, we leave it at the highest level of cleanliness with the intent to maintain it that way. We advise this service for homes that have never been professionally cleaned or not cleaned for several months (even years).  This is a once per year cleaning also known as “Spring Cleaning,” but we do it any time of the year! It could also be great every two years if no pets nor children are in the house. It is a very detailed-oriented and thorough cleaning.  If you purchase a more compact service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results. So let us help you choose the suitable service for you. We highly recommend calling us first for an in-home free estimate once we see your house and its condition.  Our experts will be able to advise you on which service is most appropriate.

All Rooms

  • Dust window sills and ledges
  • Dust and clean furniture
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean light switches
  • Clean TV screens
  • Pick up and straighten (moderately)
  • Empty wastebaskets
  • Clean all edges of all floors

  • Load dishwasher (if empty)

  • Clean behind refrigerator

Laundry Room

  • Wipe clean surfaces, including washer and dryer
  • Clean behind washer and dryer
  • Vacuum and mop floor

  • We request that clothes, toys, etc. picked up before the cleaning service. If clutter is present, we will do our best to clean while avoiding it. Your vacuum is preferred to avoid cross-contamination, yet we will always have a vacuum on hand. We do not clean blood or feces (animal or human). For all deep cleanings, we use more significant extensions and taller ladders to reach high ceilings. We do our best to reach behind and under furniture. If something you may need to have cleaned that is not on this list, please feel free to give us a call to discuss your request. We may be able to accommodate your request. We want to accommodate your needs and listen to what you may need!
