A Little Bit About Us
At A Trusting Hand, we love helping our clients reclaim their time—whether for themselves, their families, or the activities they enjoy most. We also believe our team deserves that same balance. That’s why we don’t work weekends or late evenings.
I started this company based on my own needs as a mother of two daughters, a wife, and a homemaker. I wanted to build a company where neither I nor my employees had to work past 5 PM or on weekends—so we could be present for our families, help with homework, share healthy dinners, and enjoy evenings at home. While my daughters are now grown, many of our team members are mothers who share these same priorities.
I’m originally from Mexico and the youngest of nine siblings. I studied fashion design and even had the joy of making my own wedding dress. I moved to the U.S. in 1998, and my two daughters were born here in Georgia. Cleaning and organizing are my passions—both are a form of art to me—and I truly love pets. Through this work, I get to enjoy caring for many of our clients’ furry family members too.
I’m grateful to God for allowing me to help other women like myself—those balancing children, home, and work, or those who may not enjoy cleaning but love having a clean, peaceful home. I take pride in serving others by doing what I love, and my team shares that same heart and dedication.
At A Trusting Hand, we don’t hire independent contractors—only employees. Every team member is background-checked and personally trained by me. We pay based on performance, with three pay tiers that reward consistency, quality, and dedication.
While our clients are incredibly important to us, we believe our employees are our first responsibility—because happy employees create happy clients. I don’t see myself as just a boss, but as a leader who works alongside the team and leads by example.
One of the biggest challenges in the cleaning industry is high turnover. We’ve solved that by paying well, treating people with respect, and creating a positive work environment. We keep our operations close to home and work in solo teams for recurring services to minimize miscommunication and workplace stress. As a result, many of our team members have been with us for 8 to 10 years—and many of our clients have trusted us for over a decade. Our clients appreciate seeing familiar, trusted faces in their homes, and we value the stability and consistency of a long-term team.
At the end of the day, A Trusting Hand stands for three simple promises: reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
