More than fourteen years ago, a dream was born—not in a boardroom, but in the heart of a mother and homemaker who wanted to do things differently. Today, A Trusting Hand proudly marks its 14th anniversary as a trusted cleaning company in Georgia, and we couldn’t be more grateful for every client, every team member, and every clean home that has been part of this journey.

Where It All Began

Our founder came to the United States from Mexico in 1998 as the youngest of nine siblings. She studied fashion design and even had the joy of crafting her own wedding dress—a testament to the precision and artistry she brings to everything she does. Her two daughters were born here in Georgia, and it was her life as a mother and homemaker that planted the seed for A Trusting Hand.

She didn’t start this company to run a business. She started it to solve a real problem she faced herself: How do you build a career without sacrificing the moments that matter most? Her answer was to build something from scratch—a company with a soul.

Built for Families, by a Family

From day one, A Trusting Hand was designed around a simple but powerful principle: no one on our team should have to work past 5 PM or on weekends. That means our employees are home to help with homework, share a healthy dinner, and enjoy their evenings—the same balance our founder wanted for herself.

While her own daughters are now grown, many of our team members are mothers raising children of their own. That shared understanding creates a culture where people genuinely care for one another—and that warmth extends directly to our clients.

What Makes Us Different

In an industry where independent contractors and high turnover are the norm, we chose a different path. Every A Trusting Hand team member is a direct employee—background-checked and personally trained by our founder. We pay based on performance, with three pay tiers that reward consistency, quality, and dedication.

We keep our operations close to home and work in solo teams for recurring services. This minimizes miscommunication and workplace stress—and it means our clients see the same familiar, trusted face every time. Many of our team members have been with us for over 4 years. Many of our clients have trusted us for over a decade. That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident.

A Little Extra Love

One of the quiet joys of this work? Pets. Our founder has always had a deep love for animals, and through A Trusting Hand, she—and our whole team—gets to care for many of our clients’ beloved furry family members. It’s one of the many ways this work feels personal, not transactional.
