About

A Little Bit About Us

At A Trusting Hand, we love helping our clients reclaim their time—whether for themselves, their families, or the activities they enjoy most. But what about us? We also deserve time for our own families and personal lives. That’s why we don’t work weekends or late evenings.
I started this company based on my own needs as a mother of two daughters, a wife, and a homemaker. I wanted to ensure that neither I nor my employees had to work past 5 PM or on weekends, so we could be there for our families—helping with homework, sharing a healthy dinner, and tucking our children into bed early. Today, my daughters are grown, but many of my employees are mothers who share these same priorities.
I’m originally from Mexico and the youngest of nine siblings. I studied fashion design and had the privilege of making my wedding dress. I moved to the U.S. 27 years ago, and my two daughters were born right here in Georgia. Cleaning and organizing are my passions, and I love pets! Through this work, I get to enjoy meeting and caring for many of our clients’ furry family members.
I am grateful to God for allowing me to help other women like myself—those juggling their children, home, and work, or those who may not enjoy cleaning but love having a clean home. I take pride in helping others by doing what I love, and my employees share that same passion.
At A Trusting Hand, we don’t hire independent contractors—only employees. We pay based on performance, which encourages our team to do their best work. Our employees can earn from three different pay tiers, with the highest reserved for those who consistently perform well.
While our clients are incredibly important to us, our first clients are our employees. Happy employees lead to happy clients. I don’t see myself as just a boss—I am a leader, and a leader sets the example, never looking down on their team.
One of the biggest challenges in the cleaning industry is high turnover. I firmly believe the key to retaining employees long-term is to pay them well, treat them with respect, and create an attractive work environment. That’s why we keep our operations close to home and work only in solo teams, minimizing miscommunication and workplace drama. Every employee undergoes a background check, and I personally train each one to ensure we uphold the highest standards. This approach has resulted in long-term employee retention, with some team members staying with us for 8 to 10 years—just like many of our clients, some of whom have been with us for over a decade. Our clients appreciate the consistency of seeing familiar, trusted faces in their homes, and we value the stability of a dedicated team. Maintaining a strong, reliable workforce is a shared effort between our company and our clients, and we are truly grateful for their continued trust and support.
