Move in/move out

We understand that moving can be hectic and challenging. For this reason, we offer the Move-In/Move-Out cleaning option to take this one big chore off your long personal list of things to do.

 A Trusting Hand team will take care of all these tasks in a regular move-in/out cleaning:

All Rooms

  • Dust window sills and ledges
  • Remove cobwebs with our long extension, including closets.
  • Dust light switches
  • Pick up and throw away items, if discovered (in moderation)
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Empty wastebaskets (if needed)
  • Dust ceiling fans
  • Dust blinds
  • Dust baseboards
  • Vacuum carpeting
  • Dust air vents from outside
  • Dust chandeliers (cobwebs)
  • Vacuum and clean with a towel the closet's drawers and wipe down cabinets. (if any, interior and exterior)

Bathrooms

  • Wash inside toilets and wipe down from outside and around
  • Wash sinks
  • Clean mirrors
  • Wash and scrub tubs and showers
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets (exterior and interior)
  • Wash the inside of shower door and wipe down the outside
  • Wipe down faucets
  • Dust light fixtures
  • Wipe down countertops
  • Wipe down baseboards

Kitchen

  • Wash sinks and wipe down faucet
  • Empty trash and wipe down exterior. If trash can is inside a cabinet, wipe down the inside of the cabinet.
  • Wipe down countertops
  • Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets (exterior and interior)
  • Vacuum and clean with a towel the drawers (exterior and interior)
  • Wipe down appliance exteriors
  • Wipe down microwave inside and out
  • Vacuum and mop behind refrigerator and stove, if allowed.
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Wash the range top
  • Apply stainless steel shine to stainless steel appliances and trash can
  • Wipe down the inside and side of the kitchen hood

Additional Items

  • Laundry Room:
    • Vacuum and mop behind washer and dryer, if allowed
    • Wipe surfaces, including washer and dryer
    • Vacuum and mop floor
    • Wipe down cabinets if there are any.
  • Vacuum garage and wipe down cabinets, if applies
  • Windows from inside. Extra charge.
  • Glass doors inside and out. Extra charge.
  • Inside Oven and Refrigerator. Extra charge.
  • Baseboards by hand with towels, cleaning products and brush. Extra charge.
  • Indoor wood doors cleaned by hand with towel and product. Extra charge.
  • Blinds or shutters, vacuum them or wiped by hand with a towel and product. Extra Charge.
  • Wipe down the front door inside and out. Extra charge.

Note

  • The house must be completely empty (no furniture).
  • No renovations, construction such as painting, or any other work being done at the home during cleaning.
  • Please make sure water and electricity are still connected. Both utility services are required to complete our job.
  • No cleaning blood or feces (animal or human).
  • No climbing higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension.
