Deep Cleaning
Our deep cleaning services are an in-depth process that gets your home spring-cleaned and ready for any time of the year or any occasion! This process lays the foundation for the highest level of cleanliness, with the objective of maintaining it.
We highly recommend our deep cleaning services for houses that have never been professionally cleaned or have not been cleaned for several months (even years). This is a once-per-year cleaning. It could also be done every 2 years if there are no pets or children in the house. It is a very detail-oriented and thorough cleaning. If you purchase less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results, so let us help choose the right service for you. We highly recommend calling us first for a free in-person estimate. Once we see your house and its condition, our experts will be able to advise you on what service exactly to buy.
All Rooms
- Dusting rooms with a towel
- Wipe down windowsills and ledges
- Brush your sofas and organize decorative pillows and throws
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe down TV screens
- Pick up and straighten (moderately)
- Make beds
- Change linens (if left on the bed)
- Vacuum carpeting
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Dust and wipe ceiling fans (if reachable with a 3-step ladder)
- Dust blinds or shutters (with duster) *See notes.
- Dust baseboards (with duster) *see notes
- Vacuum and wipe all air vents within reach. Higher ones we only dust with a long extension.
- Wipe down lamps
- Dust chandeliers with a duster only (cobwebs)
- Wipe down light switches
- Empty wastebaskets
- Vacuum under the beds
- Dust all indoor wood doors (with duster) *see notes
- Vacuum all edges of carpet, if needed.
Bathrooms
- Wash toilets inside and wipe down from outside and around
- Wash sinks and wipe down faucets
- Clean mirrors
- Wash and scrub tubs and showers
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Change towels (if left out for us)
- Wipe exterior of cabinets
- Wipe down light fixtures with a towel using a step ladder.
- Wipe down the countertop
- Wash shower door from inside and wipe down from outside
- Wipe down baseboards
- Empty wastebasket and wipe down the trash can
Kitchen
- Wash sinks and wipe down faucet
- Empty trash and wipe down the trash can inside and out. If trash cans are inside a cabinet, we wipe down inside of that cabinet)
- Wipe down appliance exteriors
- Wipe down countertops
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Wipe down the microwave inside and out
- Wipe exterior of cabinets
- Wipe down the kitchen table and chairs
- Wipe down the inside and side of the kitchen hood
- Load dishwasher (if empty)
- Wash the range top
- Vacuum and mop behind the fridge and stove, if allowed.
- Apply Stainless Steel shine to steel appliances and trash can
Laundry Room
- Wipe clean surfaces, including washer and dryer
- Vacuum and mop behind washer and dryer, if allowed.
- Vacuum and mop floor
Note
- Please pick up clothes, toys, etc., before the cleaning service. If clutter is present, we will do our best to clean around it.
- Your vacuum is preferred to avoid cross-contamination, yet we will always have a vacuum on hand.
- We do not clean blood or feces (animal or human).
- For all deep cleanings, we use more significant extensions and 3-step ladders to reach high ceilings.
- We do our best to reach behind and under furniture.
- If something you may need to have cleaned that is not on this list, please feel free to give us a call to discuss your request. We may be able to accommodate your request. We want to accommodate your needs and listen to what you may need!
- *For indoor wood doors, baseboards: if dusting is not enough, we can wipe them down by hand or a use a brush for an extra charge.
- *For blinds: We have three different methods for cleaning them. 1) Dusting with duster, which is inlcuded in service. 2)Vacuum blinds. Extra charge. 3)Vacuum and wipe down with towel by hand each one. Extra charge
