A tiny bit of prep = a much better clean!

We love doing the dirty work so you don’t have to! To make sure we can reach every nook and cranny, here’s what helps us out before we arrive:

Pick up any loose items on the floor — things like papers, dog toys, or kids’ toys. Clear the kitchen sink and counters so we can really scrub that kitchen. If we’re using your vacuum, just leave it somewhere easy to grab. And anything private or sensitive? Go ahead and tuck that away.

That’s it! Easy, right?

We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way

You’ll get a friendly text reminder before your cleaning day. Our technicians check in and out through our scheduling app using GPS, so we always know they’ve arrived and gotten home safely.

All your home notes and preferences are saved right in the app, so your cleaner already knows what’s important to you before they even knock on the door. No need to repeat yourself every time!

Getting inside — pick whatever works for you!

We offer three easy ways to let us in, so you can choose the one that fits your lifestyle:

Be home — the simplest option! Just open the door when we arrive.

Garage code or keypad — share your access code, and we’ll let ourselves in.

Lockbox — pop a key in a lockbox, give us the code, and you’re all set.

If we can’t get in, we’ll always call you first to try to work it out! If we’re unable to reach you or get access, a fee of half that day’s service applies. We’ll never just leave without trying to reach you first.

We love your pets — let’s keep everyone safe!

Seriously, we adore your four-legged family members! But mops, vacuums, and curious pups don’t always mix well. To keep your pets comfortable and our techs safe, please give big or skittish animals a cozy spot to hang out in while we work.

Same goes for little ones — please keep kids away from our cleaning supplies and equipment during the visit. Safety first for everyone!

Our technicians aren’t able to clean animal waste (to avoid cross-contamination), and we can’t service homes with active mold, infestations, or other biohazards on that visit.

Need to reschedule? No stress — just let us know!

We totally understand that life gets busy! Whenever you need to make a change, a week’s notice is ideal. For cancellations, 48 business hours’ notice is what we ask for. If it’s less than 24 hours, there’s a small $40 cancellation fee.

One thing to keep in mind: if you skip a cleaning, your next visit will be priced at the next service tier (for example, weekly clients would pay the bi-weekly rate). This just reflects the extra time needed after a longer gap — totally fair, we think!

Paying is simple — pick your favorite method

We keep it easy with three payment options: check, credit/debit card, or cash. Cards are charged the day of or the day after your cleaning, and we do add a small 3% processing fee for cards.

We don’t accept Zelle or Venmo — gotta keep Uncle Sam happy!

Tipping is never expected, but our technicians truly appreciate it when clients choose to show some extra love. Just let us know the amount to add to your card, or leave cash in a labeled envelope — and no 3% fee on tips, ever!

We take great care of your home

We’re fully insured and bonded, and we treat your home like it’s our own. Our team won’t climb higher than a three-step ladder and won’t move heavy furniture — just move large pieces away from walls ahead of time if you’d like those areas cleaned.

For anything extra fragile or sentimental — think glassware, figurines, or curio cabinets — we recommend you clean those yourself. If something does accidentally get broken by our team, we cover up to $100 per item, or the full verifiable replacement cost.

And if there’s anything specific you want us to use extra care with (or not touch at all!), just let us know. We’re all ears.

Your feedback is a gift — please share it!

After your cleaner has visited 2–3 times, we’ll offer you a free 20-minute walkthrough chat. It’s a relaxed conversation where you can share what you love and anything you’d like adjusted. This helps us celebrate our amazing team members and keep improving.

Honestly, there’s no such thing as a complaint here — just feedback, and we welcome all of it with open arms. Communication is what keeps this relationship great!
